Intellij can be intimidating.

Don't go and try to learn everything or all the shortcuts.

Instead, learn a couple of shortcuts at a time.

Using the greatest shortcut you can learn by finding out the shortcut and trying it out.

Pay attention to your colleagues, they may give you some golden tips too.

Eventually, you will learn more shortcuts and take advantage of the power of IntelliJ.

It takes practice.

Focus on writing code (even if slow), and improving yourself in this field.
